Folks, yet another reason to eat at Bamboo on Second: they’ve expanded their sushi menu to include nigiri and sashimi. We just happened to eat there tonite, the first night they offered it. We ordered the salmon, yellowtail, and tuna:
All three were outstanding. Melt-in-your-mouth, slightly citrusy from the lemon keeping it company, like butter.
We also found out they’re open on Valentine’s Day-that’s where Mr Foodie and I will be, enjoying some nigiri!
